GFSC Lifeguard

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to become GFSC Lifeguards and help us maintain the highest standards of safety and service.

As a GFSC Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and monitoring aquatic activities to ensure a safe environment.
• Responding quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
• Enforcing facility rules and regulations to promote safety and enjoyment for all.
• Conducting routine inspections of equipment and pool areas to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about safety and have a proactive attitude. While no prior experience is required, here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

• Strong swimming skills and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to stay alert, focused, and responsive in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• A responsible and dependable work ethic.
• Lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain one (if applicable).
