Position Overview:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes that support the production of precision machined parts with tight tolerances. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong CNC manufacturing knowledge, CNC programming skills, able to write code and edit existing programs, using CAD/CAM, Mastercam controllers, and has a passion for driving process improvements, improving quality, and increasing manufacturing efficiency.

Work Environment & Physical Working Environment:
This position is based within a modern manufacturing facility and requires regular interaction with production equipment and shop personnel. These positions require, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday, frequent computer use Microsoft Office and ERP Software for engineering, programming, and documentation, working safely around CNC machining equipment and manufacturing processes. Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses. Lifting materials or tooling as needed within established safety guidelines. Exposure to normal manufacturing noise levels, coolants, lubricants, and machining environments. Maintaining a clean work area while following company safety policies and procedures.
