Job Title: Project/Program Manager I Data Management Specialist (Sustainability Reporting)
Job Description
This role focuses on data management and operations in support of a large-scale sustainability reporting program. You will define and build metrics within internal systems, drive end-to-end data collection campaigns, manage data-related escalations, and work closely with controllership to ensure accuracy, completeness, and auditability of sustainability data. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong database and reporting experience, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent data workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will collaborate directly with reporting leaders, taking direction effectively while operating with a high degree of independence and ownership.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with one day per week onsite in Seattle, WA and the remaining time working remotely. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that relies heavily on data-driven decision-making and enterprise-level reporting. The role involves frequent use of Excel, relational databases, enterprise reporting platforms such as Workiva or similar tools, and productivity and collaboration applications including Asana or equivalent software. You will collaborate with global teams across finance, sustainability, controllership, and other business functions, contributing to a culture that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement in sustainability reporting :)
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
