We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented nursing professional to join our care team and provide high-quality patient support in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based care while collaborating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor changes, and communicate important findings to the appropriate care team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within scope of practice.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and care updates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, medications, and health maintenance.
  • Support continuity of care through effective communication and coordination with other departments and providers.
  • Respond appropriately to changes in patient status and assist with urgent or emergent situations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment while following infection control and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to quality improvement efforts and ongoing teamwork within the unit or department.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current knowledge of nursing best practices, patient safety, and clinical documentation standards.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Basic life support certification or the ability to obtain it within the required timeframe.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, outpatient, or specialty nursing settings.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
  • Additional clinical certifications relevant to the care setting.
