Anderson, Rasor & Partners, LLP is seeking an organized, proactive, and personable HR & Operations Coordinator to support the Firm’s day-to-day human resources and administrative operations.
Working closely with the Director of Administration, this role will have exposure to a broad range of HR and operational functions, including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, employee records, payroll support, office operations and Firm-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication and reference checks.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and employee offboarding.
- Maintain personnel files and HR documentation.
- Assist with benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
- Support payroll administration, timecard tracking, PTO records, and employee changes.
- Respond to routine employee questions and escalate matters as appropriate.
- Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist with office operations, supplies, facilities, and administrative needs.
- Coordinate Firm meetings, trainings, employee events, and other initiatives.
- Maintain administrative calendars, deadlines, renewals, and follow-up items.
- Assist with developing and maintaining HR and operational procedures.
- Support special projects related to HR, technology, facilities, compliance, and Firm operations.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in human resources, office administration, operations, or a related role.
- Prior law firm or professional services experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently.
- Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ADP or another HR/payroll platform is a plus.
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed.
