Location: Stafford, TX
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support receiving, inventory control, stocking, local pickups, and general warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is comfortable working with computers, handling inventory accurately, and taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, label, and organize incoming inventory.
• Inspect and receive incoming materials while performing accurate first-pass quality control checks.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Unpack and properly stock inventory on warehouse shelving.
• Research inventory and order information using the company's operating system.
• Complete daily local pickups as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Communicate inventory or receiving issues to the appropriate team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use or learn an RF scanner and Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) WMS.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to accurately handle inventory and maintain organized records.
