Pay Rate
Traveler: $1,850 – $1,915/week
Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients, monitor clinical conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
Minimum 1 year of Epic experience.
Current SC RN license.
BLS certification.
ACLS certification.
NIHSS certification.
Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Telemetry experience.
ER Holding experience.
Cardiac Telemetry experience.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to assigned Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients.
Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care.
Administer medications and treatments according to orders.
Monitor cardiac/telemetry patients and recognize changes in condition.
Document patient care accurately in Epic.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Provide patient education and discharge planning.
Float to other units or facilities as required.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
Additional Requirements
Weekend: Every other weekend; may vary based on unit needs.
Floating: Required to other units or facilities as needed.
First-Time Travelers: Considered based on experience.
