Safety Supervisor – Mission Critical / Data Center
Location: Muskogee, OK.
Salary: Open to discuss
Vehicle: Personal vehicle + business mileage reimbursement
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Safety / EHS Supervisor to oversee safety operations for mission-critical and data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction safety experience, with mission-critical/data center experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily jobsite safety and EHS activities.
- Conduct inspections, audits, JHAs, toolbox talks, and safety training.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
- Manage subcontractor safety and corrective actions.
- Support MEP, electrical, commissioning, energization, and LOTO activities.
- Investigate incidents and maintain safety documentation.
- Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain a strong safety culture.
Requirements
- construction safety/EHS experience preferred.
- Strong OSHA knowledge and construction safety experience.
- Mission-critical/data center experience preferred.
- NFPA 70E and LOTO experience preferred.
- OSHA 30; CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
