Line Cook

Position Summary:
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a casual dining setting. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, you’ll use your culinary skills to deliver consistent, flavorful dishes that meet our quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to portion, presentation, and timing.
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and station maintenance.
• Assist with menu planning and accommodate special dietary needs as necessary.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Take part in training opportunities to continually improve your culinary skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a casual dining kitchen or similar environment required.
• Proficient in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards.
• Familiar with dietary needs, menu planning, and catering processes.
• Strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume setting.
• Weekend and evening availability required.
