Manufacturing Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work order(s)
  • Assist in designing and refining manufacturing workflows, set-up methods, and factory layouts to reduce waste and cycle time.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to production teams when equipment or process issues arise.
  • Wire and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Help investigate product defects or equipment failures using structured problem-solving tools
  • Partner with quality, procurement, and management to ensure products are manufactured meeting all quality and customer standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes, CAD software, and reading engineering drawings or GD&T
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable and takes ownership of task and follows through on commitments
  • Willingness to learn/continuously develop skills and seek growth opportunities
