Develop and grow a client base by connecting with people in Rochester and the surrounding areas.
Conduct thorough consultations to identify potential risks and recommend the right insurance products for each family or business.
Manage your own pipeline of prospects, focusing on building long-term value rather than quick, one-off transactions.
Provide ongoing support to your clients, ensuring they feel confident and cared for when they need to file a claim or adjust their coverage.
Engage with local community events and organizations to increase your presence and build authentic relationships.
Collaborate with the agency team to refine our processes and ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
Active Minnesota Property Casualty Insurance License.
Active Minnesota Life Health Insurance License.
Two or more years of professional sales or customer relationship experience.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple digital platforms.
Deep roots or a strong desire to be involved in the Rochester community.
Ability to work in-office during standard business hours in Rochester.
