A healthcare facility in Charleston, WV is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to join their team. This role involves supporting daily pharmacy operations by accurately distributing prescribed medications and providing expert guidance on medication use to patients and healthcare providers.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (9 hours/day)
• Position spans approximately two weeks with a total of 90 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and health practitioners

Qualifications:

• Valid West Virginia Pharmacist License required
