Senior Accounting Manager

Sole Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to support core accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, and U.S. and international audit and compliance activities located in Bergen County. This is an opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who can strengthen processes, develop a team, and drive accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee and support the month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.

· Prepare payroll entries, cash flow reporting, and financial activity for international offices.

· Support U.S. and foreign statutory audits, audit schedules, compliance, and internal controls testing.

· Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members while reviewing deliverables for accuracy and timeliness.

· Identify process improvements and implement scalable, automated accounting solutions.

· Support ERP enhancements and post-implementation activities.

WHAT YOU BRING

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.

· 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience.

· Public accounting/audit experience and U.S. & international audit exposure preferred.

· Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

· Advanced Excel skills, experience with implemented ERP systems

· Strong analytical, communication, organizational, technical and problem-solving skills.
