As a Host/Hostess at Tavolo, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome.
• Managing reservations and efficiently seating guests to ensure smooth service flow.
• Communicating with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating arrangements.
• Answering phone calls and providing information about our menu, hours, and reservations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Assisting in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Personality: A warm, friendly demeanor and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
