Life Insurance Agent/ Independent Contractor

About the Opportunity

Family First Life (FFL) is expanding its insurance team and looking for
motivated individuals who want to build a flexible, long-term career in life insurance.

This is an
independent-contractor, commission-based opportunity.
It is not a salaried or hourly position.

We're looking for people who are motivated to build their own business
while working within a team environment.

What You'll Do

• Help individuals and families evaluate their life insurance needs
• Educate clients on available insurance options
• Conduct consultations by phone and/or virtually
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Develop your own book of business
• Manage your own schedule and business activity
• Work toward your own production and income goals

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you are:

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Persistent when things don't go according to plan
• Comfortable communicating with people
• Interested in sales, entrepreneurship, or financial services
• Looking for greater flexibility in how and when you work
• Serious about building something long-term

Prior insurance experience is not required.

We're interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness
to learn.

• This is a1099 independent-contractor opportunity

• A state insurance license is required to sell insurance
• Licensing requirements and costs vary by state
• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the required license
• Your income depends on your production and business activity
• Remote work is available, subject to applicable licensing and business requirements
• Additional team resources, mentorship, and assistance may be available to individuals who advance through our selection process
