Make a Difference When It Matters Most

Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a Contents Manager to lead our contents team and help customers recover their belongings after fire, water, smoke, and other property damage. The Contents Manager plays a key role in making sure contents projects are organized, completed accurately, and handled with care. This position combines team leadership, customer service, project coordination, inventory management, and hands-on contents restoration.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, and manage the Contents team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
  • Oversee the packing, inventory, cleaning, processing, storage, and return of customers’ personal belongings
  • Coordinate contents projects from initial pack-out through final delivery and completion
  • Communicate with customers throughout the contents restoration process and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate documentation, inventories, photographs, and project records
  • Ensure contents are properly labeled, tracked, stored, cleaned, and returned to the correct customer
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Mitigation, Reconstruction, and other departments to keep projects moving
  • Help schedule employees and manage daily workload based on project needs
  • Monitor job progress, productivity, and project timelines
  • Assist with estimating, documentation, and project-related administrative tasks
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward effective solutions
  • Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and Paul Davis standards
  • Participate in pack-outs, cleaning, manipulation, and other hands-on contents work when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe contents facility
  • Help develop and maintain efficient systems for inventory, storage, and contents processing

  • Has strong computer and documentation skills
  • Can work independently while also being a team player

  • Is willing to get hands-on and help the team when needed
  • Can safely lift, carry, move, and handle household contents
  • Has a valid driver's license

Restoration or contents experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
