Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Current licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings is highly desirable
- Competency in conducting a variety of speech and language assessments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to deliver therapy and support in a face-to-face, on-site capacity
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Complete timely and thorough speech/language assessments and documentation as needed
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and caregivers to support students’ learning and progress
- Engage in case management for a small group of students with ongoing needs
- Contribute to meetings, IEP development, and progress monitoring as required
