What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Leading and inspiring a team of baristas to deliver high-quality coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing inventory, supplies, and ensuring the store is stocked and ready for success.
- Handling scheduling, training, and performance feedback to keep the team motivated and efficient.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both customers and employees.
- Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 to 3 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
