- Develop and execute a training and development strategy aligned with business and operational priorities.
- Manage the annual training roadmap and coordinate learning initiatives across multiple locations.
- Identify skill and capability gaps and develop targeted programs to improve employee and operational performance.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve training content, materials, job aids, and learning resources.
- Create scalable and standardized training programs that can be implemented across multiple sites.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on onboarding, employee development, leadership training, engagement, and succession initiatives.
- Coordinate internal subject matter experts, facilitators, and business leaders involved in training delivery.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, observations, and performance metrics.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
