What will I Do?

You will work for one of Utah’s most recognizable sports + entertainment brands, with a great team, creating lasting impact for our guests and partners!

The Revenue Strategy & Operations Director works directly with the Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Corporate Partnerships leadership to support operational excellence, commercial discipline, and strategic execution across Miller Sports + Entertainment’s portfolio of properties. Serving as a central point of coordination across the revenue function, this role provides visibility across key priorities and supports commercial performance through CRM management, proposal development, event coordination, and cross-functional execution.

The position will:

  • Provide high-level operational and project management support to Corporate Partnerships leadership, maintaining a clear view across priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Oversee the accuracy of commercial information in Salesforce/CRM, monitor pipeline activity, and support leadership with revenue forecasting, attainment tracking, and sales activity reporting.
  • Serve as the central organizational hub across Revenue Strategy, New Business, Partnership Marketing, and other internal departments to drive alignment, assist with internal approval processes, and improve departmental workflow.
  • Support the development of partnership proposals, sales presentations, and pitch materials while tracking prospect activity, maintaining active opportunity momentum, and conducting necessary market research.
  • Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of Corporate Partnerships events, hospitality experiences, partner golf tournaments, and client trips across the MSE portfolio.
  • Maintain portfolio-level visibility of available partnership inventory, hospitality assets, and collateral, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information is available for sales and servicing efforts.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, organizational communication, reporting structures, and departmental efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted operational resource and represent Miller Sports + Entertainment professionally at games, prospect meetings, and company functions.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate partnerships, revenue operations, project management, or a related field within sports and entertainment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex commercial projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and executive-level communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Two Circles/KORE preferred) and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional presence with the ability to work directly with senior executives, partners, and prospects while handling sensitive commercial information with appropriate discretion.
  • Self-starter who anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, and drives timely follow-through without requiring significant day-to-day direction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including select evenings, weekends, games, and events as required.
