Travel Medical Laboratory Technician / Technologist
Position Highlights:
- Must have high proficiency in Blood Bank and work independently with minimal/no training.
- Perform complex laboratory testing, specimen preparation, analysis, and interpretation.
- Perform quality control and maintain safe, efficient laboratory operations.
- Experience in Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Microbiology, and Blood Bank.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of current MLT, MT, or MLS experience.
- Minimum 3 months of previous travel experience required.
- ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- High proficiency in phlebotomy; skills checklist required.
- Blood Bank experience using the tube method required.
- Active AHA BLS required.
- Traveler must have their own vehicle.
