We’re hiring Community Outreach Representatives to represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising campaigns, promotional events, and public outreach initiatives.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in community outreach, nonprofit marketing, fundraising, customer engagement, event support, communications, and public relations.

No previous experience is required. Paid training and mentorship are provided.

What You’ll Do

As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll interact directly with members of the public and help create awareness and engagement around nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Representing nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising activities, and outreach campaigns

  • Engaging members of the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations

  • Educating people about nonprofit missions, programs, and community initiatives

  • Encouraging donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement

  • Answering questions and providing accurate campaign information

  • Assisting with event setup, outreach booths, registration areas, and promotional materials

  • Creating positive experiences for supporters and community members

  • Tracking supporter interactions and engagement information

  • Supporting campaign goals and event objectives

  • Collaborating with team members to ensure successful outreach events

  • Maintaining a professional, enthusiastic, and respectful presence at all times

No Experience Required

This is an entry-level community outreach position, and previous nonprofit or fundraising experience is not required.

We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Experience in any of the following areas can be helpful but is not required:
