BHB has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Structural Project Manager to join our Boise, Idaho team. As part of our growing structural practice, you will work on diverse and challenging projects from concept through construction while collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will build strong client relationships and help represent BHB throughout the Treasure Valley. We are seeking a driven professional who is passionate about structural engineering, enjoys mentoring others, and is eager to help grow our structural practice in the region. What Will Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and internal team members.
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
• Advanced knowledge of current industry software, including RAM Structural Systems, RAM Concept, RAM Elements, Tedds, Enercalc, RISA, Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus
