Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing real estate property and facilities management organization in North Carolina. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving issues efficiently, and learning the operational side of an online auction and e-commerce environment. In this role, you will support day-to-day customer interactions, assist with administrative and account-related tasks, and contribute to a reliable, positive experience for clients using the platform.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and other communication channels, providing timely support for account questions, service needs, and issue resolution.
• Navigate platform tools and internal systems to research problems, identify solutions, and deliver accurate follow-up to customers.
• Evaluate support requests independently and escalate more complex matters when additional technical or operational assistance is needed.
• Review auction listings and related details before launch to help maintain accuracy, quality, and readiness for bidding activity.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities by tracking outstanding invoices and supporting follow-up communication as appropriate.
• Contribute to consistent service delivery by helping improve support workflows, documentation, and customer-facing processes.
• Partner with internal teams, including technology staff, to communicate recurring issues and support prioritization of system improvements.
• Build positive customer relationships through clear communication, careful listening, and a proactive approach to problem solving.• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, e-commerce support, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment when handling questions, troubleshooting concerns, and determining next steps.
• Comfort using computers and business software, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and system tools.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a detail-oriented approach to service, follow-through, and relationship building.
• Experience with administrative support, invoice review, or account-related follow-up is preferred.
• Familiarity with web-based platforms, e-commerce operations, or Mac systems is a plus.
