North Point Trust Company provides administrative trust services to clients who have established South Dakota trusts. We're a tight-knit organization of 15 employees, including a four-person trust operations team, which means the work here is varied, the environment is collaborative, and every team member's contribution is visible. POSITION SUMMARY
North Point Trust Company is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the trust operations team in the day-to-day administration of client accounts, entity records, and payment processing across a portfolio of trust-held entities and custodial accounts. This role is well suited to someone with 1-3 years of experience in financial services, trust operations, banking, paralegal support, or a related administrative role. Prior industry experience is preferred but not required; the ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with financial and legal documentation, and able to follow established procedures with precision while flagging exceptions appropriately.

Education
