- Lead, motivate, and support team membersto meet daily production and performance goals
- Work closely with supervisors and management to address operational issues
- Complete required reports, documentation and other tasks
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Train new employeesoncompany procedures
