Consumers First Insurance Agency is looking for a dependable, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing Sales & Service team. Insurance experience is a plus, but we're also willing to train the right person and help them work toward becoming licensed.
This position is designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance industry, grow with an independent agency, and potentially move into an Insurance Agent role with greater earning potential.

What You'll Do
You'll work directly with our customers and insurance agents to help keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with policy, billing, and general insurance questions
- Process policy updates and changes accurately
- Follow up with customers and insurance companies
- Make outbound customer service and follow-up calls
- Help identify opportunities for customers who may need additional coverage
- Support agents with day-to-day account servicing
- Keep customer requests organized and moving

Licensing
Not licensed yet? We're open to candidates who are willing to obtain their Property & Casualty license and build a career in the insurance industry.
