Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through effective packaging and machine operation.

Responsibilities

  • Screw lids onto bottles accurately and efficiently.
  • Pack and wrap products with attention to detail.
  • Operate machinery in adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain product quality through consistent inspection and reporting.
  • Perform general labor tasks as required in the production process.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of production experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Proficiency in general production and packaging techniques.
  • Ability to operate production machinery.
  • Strong mathematical skills for product quality assessments.

Work Environment

The work is conducted primarily in an environmentally controlled manufacturing plant. This role involves a physical and fast-paced setting where lifting between 25 - 50 pounds may be required. You will be part of a very friendly team within a family-owned company. The shift is from 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
