Job Description
An established commercial bakery is seeking a Bread Shaping Associate to support high-volume bread production. In this role, you will process, divide, and shape sweet and savory dough products using automated bakery equipment and skilled manual shaping techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and clean automated dough processing equipment, including sheeters, dividers, rounders, and related production machinery
- Shape, twist, score, and hand-finish bread products according to product specifications
- Monitor dough weight, texture, temperature, and appearance while making basic equipment adjustments as needed
- Move dough efficiently through multiple stages of the production process and load finished items onto commercial pans or racks
- Follow food safety, sanitation, HACCP/GMP, and PPE requirements throughout the shift
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current Food Handler Card required
- 1-2 years of commercial bakery, food manufacturing, commissary, or high-volume production experience preferred
- Experience operating industrial bakery or food production machinery preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for fast, consistentshaping
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and work in a fast-paced, temperature-variable production environment
- Ability tolift upto 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, including required overtime
- Strong attention to detail for identifying product defects, weight differences, or inconsistencies

The base pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, overtime, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
The $300 sign-on bonus is available toeligible full-timeexternal candidates and is paid in installments after 30, 60, and 90 days. Current temporary employees converting to the client’s payroll are not eligible.
