The Bartender/Server at the Golf Club plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by efficiently preparing drinks, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role supports both regular operations and private events, functioning within fixed and rotating shifts to accommodate customer needs during moderate peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with club standards
- Provide attentive customer service and take orders accurately
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Manage inventory and report stock levels
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Support table service throughout the dining area
- Assist with event setup and service during private and regular events
- Adhere to safety compliance and alcohol serving regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in bartending or serving
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's Permit
- Alcohol Server Certification
- Knowledge of mixology techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems
