Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience in Ready Mix, concrete production, batching, construction materials, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
- Ability to operate and monitor batch plant equipment.
- Knowledge of concrete mix designs, batching procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong understanding of plant safety and operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor batch plants to ensure accurate and efficient concrete production.
- Float across Ready Mix batch plants throughout Central, Southern, Western, and Eastern Maryland based on operational needs.
- Follow mix designs and specifications to maintain consistent concrete quality.
- Monitor plant equipment and address operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide reliable batching coverage across multiple locations to support production demands.
