Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating bulldozers, preferably in a quarry or aggregate environment
- Proven experience operating bulldozers in an aggregates, mining, or heavy construction environment
- Strong understanding of grading, slopes, and site preparation techniques
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow site rules and MSHA/OSHA regulations
Responsibilities
- Operate bulldozers to move, level, and spread materials such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone
- Maintain proper stockpile shapes and manage material flow for efficient production
- Clear and prepare land for mining, hauling roads, and plant operations
- Assist with stripping overburden to expose aggregate deposits
- Follow site plans and grade specifications to ensure accurate material placement
