We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead enterprise website implementations and digital strategy initiatives. You'll work closely with strategy, creative, development, and analytics teams while serving as the primary client contact and owning delivery from kickoff through launch.

This role is a strong fit for someone with digital agency or interactive consulting experience who can balance client relationships, project delivery, budgets, timelines, and the complexities of large-scale web and MarTech initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional teams that may include web developers, creatives, strategists, data analysts, and other digital specialists
  • Manage enterprise-level website and digital projects from inception through launch
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Own day-to-day project execution and proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
  • Help shape the overall strategy for clients' websites and MarTech initiatives
  • Manage the financial and schedule components of projects
  • Lead client meetings focused on digital needs, project status, positioning, and integrated digital marketing initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the engagement
  • Coordinate communication across internal teams and ensure everyone is aligned on priorities, expectations, and deadlines

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital project management, web consulting, interactive, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager within a digital agency strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level website implementations
  • Experience managing large-scale CMS implementations
  • A strong understanding of the full project management lifecycle, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • A track record of developing and maintaining relationships with senior-level client stakeholders
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope, and delivery
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Understanding of SEO and search marketing best practices
  • Experience with usability testing
  • Hands-on experience with information architecture
