School Based Speech Language Pathologist

Serving multiple school sites, you'll have the chance to collaborate with a team of dedicated educators and professionals, impacting students across diverse environments.

This position offers a high caseload, with approximately half comprised of non-pub students, providing variety in your day and unique learning opportunities. Create meaningful connections and develop tailored interventions that support communication growth across different student populations.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Active SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school locations as assigned
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse student needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to a broad range of students with varying speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Effectively manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality of service
• Maintain consistent and accurate documentation to monitor student progress
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff to foster student success
• Adapt strategies and supports for both public and non-public placements
