About the Role

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping with daily routines, meals, and light housekeeping. You will also accompany clients on errands and community outings, supporting their independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Completion of an eighth-grade education or higher.
• Access to insured, reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekend shifts.
• Commitment to completing organizational and state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Assist clients with meals and daily routines.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance as permitted by the care plan and required training.
• Accompany clients on grocery shopping trips, errands, and other activities outside the home.
• Provide compassionate, respectful support that promotes client dignity and independence.
