Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Condustrial is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor in HVAC.
The Manufacturing Production Supervisor – with experience in HVAC MANUFACTURING will oversee daily production operations, lead a team of operators, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
We are seeking candidates with an HVAC background/knowledge and a valid EPA Certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and workflow.
- Lead, assign, and monitor production employees and operators.
- Ensure production schedules and targets are met.
- Monitor product quality and ensure established quality standards are followed.
- Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Train and support employees as needed.
- Communicate production needs, issues, and updates to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and production processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous production supervision or manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
- HVAC knowledge or hands-on HVAC experience required.
- EPA Certification required.
- Experience leading or supervising a production team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.
