We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join a growing healthcare insurance team. In this role, you will assist members and healthcare providers with questions related to benefits, eligibility, and claims while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Location: Onsite

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Onsite with Hybrid Opportunity After 90 Days

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 50-60 inbound calls daily from members and healthcare providers.
  • Assist callers with questions regarding health insurance benefits, eligibility, claims, and coverage.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns while providing accurate information.
  • Navigate multiple systems to document and process customer interactions.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and quality service standards on every call.
  • Follow established procedures and compliance requirements to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to support service goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous call center or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience using Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Reliable attendance and dependability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Training & Schedule Information
  • Training lasts approximately four weeks.
  • During training, employees will work 30 hours per week.
  • Shifts will be assigned during the first week of training.
  • Candidates must be available to work any shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
  • Employees will provide their top three shift preferences, and every effort will be made to accommodate their first choice.
  • Standard shifts are 9 hours long and include:
    • Two paid 15-minute breaks
    • One unpaid 30-minute lunch

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
