Customer Service Representative/Teller

If you enjoy helping people, building relationships and providing great customer service, you may already have many of the skills needed to succeed in banking.

Community First Bank is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Boscobel team.Banking experience is welcome, but it isn't required. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable working with customers. We'll provide the training you need to learn the banking side of the job.

As a Teller, you'll be one of the first people our customers see when they visit the bank. You'll help customers with their everyday banking needs while creating the friendly, personal experience they expect from CFB.

You'll:

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals and other transactions

• Answer questions and help customers find solutions

• Build relationships with customers and get to know their banking needs

• Maintain accuracy while handling cash and transactions

• Identify opportunities to connect customers with other products and services

• Work with your teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience

• Enjoy working with and helping people

• Have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused position

• Are dependable and take pride in doing things accurately

• Are comfortable learning new technology and processes

• Enjoy being part of a team

• Want an opportunity to learn new skills and grow professionally
