About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Bilingual HR Manager to support a large, diverse, multi-state workforce. This position will serve as a key HR resource for employees and managers across multiple locations, with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and retention.

Job Description:

The HR Manager will oversee the employee experience from hiring through separation while supporting a primarily hourly workforce across multiple states and job sites. This position will provide hands-on HR guidance to employees and supervisors, conduct investigations, support high-volume recruiting, develop training programs, and help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Spanish and English fluency is essential, as the HR Manager will regularly communicate with employees in both languages and may support employees working evening or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead bilingual onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Manage high-volume recruiting, interviewing, and hiring across multiple locations.
  • Act as a primary HR contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance regarding disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, documentation, and employee development.
  • Develop and deliver bilingual training related to workplace policies, safety, compliance, and leadership.
  • Monitor employee turnover and engagement trends and recommend retention strategies.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and required compliance postings.
  • Coordinate with operations on employee assignments, uniforms, safety training, and other onboarding needs.
  • Support leave administration, workers' compensation matters, and other HR programs.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and state-specific supplements.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with broad generalist responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting a large, hourly, frontline, or multi-location workforce.
  • Working knowledge of federal employment regulations and multi-state HR compliance.

Additional Details:

  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement.
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
  • Fully onsite in Denver, CO with onsite parking available.
