The Scheduling Assistant provides vital administrative and scheduling support to ensure seamless operations within the Patient Staffing Office. This role involves coordinating staffing coverage, maintaining scheduling records, supporting timekeeping processes, and assisting with workforce scheduling activities. The assistant plays a key role in ensuring adequate staffing for the Patient Staffing Office, Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical, PIP, ICU, and other designated departments.
ResponsibilitiesThe position is based in a medical office, working 15 hours a week. The schedule includes every other weekend from 8am to 4pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. On non-weekend weeks, the workdays are Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am to 4pm. During the first month, training will require working some weekdays with the weekday manager, as well as every other weekend to train with the weekend team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
