  • Pathway: Start as General Helper 6 advance to Machine Operator once qualified
  • Compensation: $25.01/hr (probation) 6 $26.14/hr up to $31.19/hr after qualification
  • Schedule: Hourly Full-Time, MondayFriday
  • Shifts: 2nd (3:00 pm11:00 pm) or 3rd (11:00 pm7:00 am)

What Youll Tackle
  • Operate converting equipment safely and consistently; follow all safety rules and practices.
  • Count, stack, and organize finished goods.
  • Read and interpret factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications to meet customer requirements.
  • Apply basic shop math to verify setups and product dimensions.
  • Use tape measures, gauges, and test devices to confirm conformance.
  • Coordinate with teammates to set up jobs and run orders efficiently.
  • Hit company production and quality targets; monitor both output and quality throughout the run.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly during the shift.
  • Perform and document quality inspections and tests.
  • Handle other duties as assigned by supervision.
Skills & Experience
  • 1+ year industrial plant manufacturing experience.
  • Corrugated industry experience preferred.
  • Sit-down forklift/pull-pack experience preferred.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
  • Accurate with tape measures and rulers; strong basic shop math.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow directions, ask clarifying questions, and collaborate on a team.
