This Project/Program Manager III role focuses on supporting data center commissioning and construction activities within a multidisciplinary electrical and mechanical engineering environment. The position centers on reviewing design documents and test scripts, coordinating complex commissioning efforts, participating in equipment walkdowns, and verifying that critical systems operate as intended. The successful candidate provides clear, structured feedback when corrective actions or design updates are required and applies strong project management discipline to ensure priorities, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communication remain aligned in an active data center setting.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is based 100% onsite in Sparks, Nevada, within operational and construction data center environments. The position involves working in active facilities that house medium and low voltage power systems, generators, UPS systems, HVAC equipment, chilled water systems, pumps, hydronic systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS). You collaborate daily with multidisciplinary teams spanning electrical, mechanical, controls, commissioning, and construction disciplines, gaining exposure to high-growth data center projects and complex technical decisions that directly affect data center quality and readiness. The environment emphasizes safety, reliability, and thorough documentation, and offers the opportunity to learn from experienced engineers while contributing to mission-critical infrastructure.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $54.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
