Work Hours
1st shift: 7am start time [ Pay Rate: $30.00]
2nd shift: 2pm start time [ Pay Rate: $32.40]
9.5 hours total with 30 minute lunch.
Schedule: 9/80A
Week 1: Monday - Friday
Week 2: Monday - Thursday with Friday off

Job Description:
The Equipment Engineering Team at Raytheon’s Optics Consolidated Manufacturing Center (Optics CMC) drives Raytheon Technologies’ competitiveness in optical components, assemblies, and systems now and in the future. We are responsible for performing all equipment innovation, selection, troubleshooting, calibrations, and maintenance to lead the organization in delivering a quality product on time, at or below cost, in a safe environment.
Execute or adapt procedures and techniques for calibrating measurement devices, by applying knowledge of measurement science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and electronics, sometimes under the direction of engineering staff. Determine measurement standard suitability for calibrating measurement devices. May perform preventive maintenance on equipment. May perform corrective actions to address identified calibration problems.
Technical Support Associate – Calibration – Optics CMC. An opportunity currently exists within the Operations R&M (Repair& Maintenance) Team for a Calibration Technical Support Associate. The successful candidate will be directly involved in proactively supporting the factory by calibrating or outsourcing tools and equipment that is controlled by Raytheon’s calibration management system. (ARAMIS) The individual will report to the Manager of Operations R&M (Repair & Maintenance).
