Job Title: Quality Control Lead
Job Description
The Quality Control Lead oversees all quality control staff, processes, and activities for large, complex construction projects, with a primary focus on heavy civil, structural, utility, and MEP work. This role administers the quality program project-wide, ensuring that construction activities comply with design documents, regulatory requirements, and company standards while providing strong leadership and management to the QC team.

Work Environment
This role is based onsite at an active construction jobsite in New York. The Quality Control Lead works closely with field teams, designers, and client representatives in a dynamic environment that includes heavy excavation, civil work, concrete operations, underground utilities, and electrical installations. The position involves regular presence in the field, coordination in site offices, and interaction with multiple trades and subcontractors. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72.00 - $80.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
