We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this in-office role, you will be the
trusted first point of contact for our clients handling policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and day-to-day
account support with warmth, accuracy, and follow-through. You will help protect families, homes, vehicles, and
financial futures while strengthening the relationships that keep our book of business healthy.
This is an excellent opportunity to start in the insurance industry with no license required and grow your career
into a Licensed Sales Producer role. High-performing Customer Service Representatives can move into sales,
increase their compensation through commissions and bonuses, and build a long-term career protecting families
in our community. No insurance experience is needed we provide hands-on training from day one.
As you grow, we will help you obtain your Property Casualty license, typically after 6–12 months once you have
learned our clients, products, and systems. Life insurance licensing is also available for team members who want
to expand into life and financial services and further increase their earning potential.

• Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and greet walk-in clients with professionalism and care
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, payments, and evidence of insurance
• Help clients with billing questions, coverage explanations, and account updates
• Document every interaction clearly in agency systems and follow through until requests are complete
• Support claims intake and guide clients to the right next step
• Complete needs-based policy reviews and identify coverage gaps
• Recommend additional protection and refer life, commercial, and financial opportunities to the sales team
• Proactively reach out on renewals, missing information, and retention opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records and protect confidentiality
• Meet service standards and contribute to agency retention and client satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with producers and agency leadership in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Learn Allstate products and agency processes as preparation for a future Licensed Sales Producer path
• When ready, work toward Property Casualty licensing and, if desired, life insurance licensing
• No insurance license required for this Customer Service role
• Interest in growing into a Licensed Sales Producer role is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills phone, email, and in person
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy office
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and team-first approach
• Comfortable using technology and learning Allstate / agency systems
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical service
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Lexington, SC
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior insurance, Allstate, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
