Molly Maid is hiring full-time House Cleaners !
Join our team and receive paid training, company-provided supplies and equipment, and a company vehicle to use while working. No previous professional house-cleaning experience is required.
Position Details
- Full-time: 36–40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Commission-based compensation: Housekeepers typically average $16–$21 per hour, depending on the amount of work completed and applicable commission rates.
- Pay frequency: Weekly

Job Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper / House Cleaner, you will:
- Clean residential homes according to Molly Maid cleaning standards and procedures
- Dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms and kitchens, and perform other general housekeeping duties
- Follow cleaning checklists and established procedures
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Load, organize, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Safely operate a company vehicle when assigned
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications
No professional house-cleaning experience is required. We provide training.
Applicants should:
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be able to successfully complete a background check
- Be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting cleaning supplies and equipment, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning overhead surfaces
- Be available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Have reliable transportation to and from the office
- Have a valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle is part of the position
