As a Prep Cook, you’ll play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and helping our chefs create consistently excellent food from prep to plate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Follow daily prep lists and recipes
  • Wash, chop, portion, and prepare ingredients
  • Assist with basic cooking and sauces
  • Properly label, store, and stock ingredients
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary
  • Support chefs and the culinary team wherever needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous prep cook or kitchen experience required
  • Knowledge of basic cooking and food prep techniques
  • Comfortable using knives and kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good communication skills and a genuine team-player mentality
  • A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and focused when the kitchen gets busy
