THE ROLE:

To lead key client projects and help our clients become extraordinarily more successful than their industry peers.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements in a secure federal environment, working closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project teams, and customer stakeholders. You will manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and team accountability while ensuring delivery aligns with customer requirements and meaningful business outcomes.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU WILL:

Drive ServiceNow Delivery

  • Lead ServiceNow projects across one or more platform products and workflows based on customer and program needs.
  • Work alongside ServiceNow technical SMEs to develop detailed project plans aligned with established scope of work and customer requirements.
  • Maintain alignment between customerobjectives, technical execution, and project outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across ServiceNow delivery teams.

Plan, Execute, and Govern

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with contractual scope and customer requirements.
  • Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and overall progress.
  • Facilitate issue resolutionand proactivelyidentifyand manage project risks.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and governance standards.
  • Leverage AI and intelligent tools to improve project planning, reporting, risk identification, documentation, and overall delivery efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build, develop, andmaintainpositive and meaningful client and subcontractor relationships.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between customer stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • Communicate early and often with project stakeholdersregardingstatus, risks, issues, and outcomes.
  • Ensure the execution of high-quality work, delivery of meaningful business outcomes, and a positive customer experience.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Track team performance and provide constructive feedback to support development and growth.
  • Serve as a mentor to project team members and peers.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and promoteIntact’sculture and values within each project team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ yearsof progressive experience in a project management role.
  • Mustpossessa current Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
  • Must be willing and eligible to obtain SCI access asrequiredfor the role.
  • Must be willing to work on-site five days per week in a secure SCIF environment in the Northern Virginia/DMV area.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrationor related field.
  • Experience managing ServiceNow delivery engagements or implementationsacross one or more ServiceNow products or solution areas.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and IT operational processes.
  • Experience managing technical service delivery teams within a consultingand/or federalenvironment.
  • Strongclient and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams, customers, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to effectivelyleverageAI and digital tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and project delivery.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to maintain focus on computer screens for extended periods. Frequent interaction with team members is necessary to clearly articulate ideas and information. The role involves extensive reading, transcribing, and repetitive hand and wrist motions related to typing and/or using a mouse.
