The Quality Control Senior Associate supports a GMP-regulated biotech and pharmaceutical facility by leading deviation investigations, managing change controls, and supporting the startup and ongoing operations of a Quality Control (QC) laboratory. This on-site role at the Holly Springs, NC facility follows a standard weekday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible start times between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The position requires strong knowledge of quality systems, QC laboratory operations, and electronic quality management systems, along with excellent written communication and investigative leadership skills. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and independently drive quality records and investigations through to completion.
ResponsibilitiesThis position is 100% on-site at a modern GMP facility in Holly Springs, NC. The role follows a standard weekday schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to start between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with shifting priorities typical of a growing biotech or pharmaceutical operation. The Quality Control Senior Associate works closely with Quality, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams in a laboratory setting that adheres to strict GMP and FDA regulatory requirements. The role supports the startup and operation of a GMP QC laboratory, including work with laboratory instruments, equipment qualification activities, and electronic quality management systems such as Veeva Vault. While the primary schedule is weekdays, the position may require support for routine activities and investigations over weekends and public holidays to ensure continuous, compliant operations. Dress expectations align with a professional laboratory and GMP manufacturing environment, including appropriate lab attire and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
