Mint Workforce is hiring a Registered Nurse with strong occupational health experience for an onsite clinic inside a manufacturing facility in Tuscaloosa, AL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
  • 30-minute meal break
  • Small, onsite clinic located inside the plant

What You'll Do

  • Assist with medical surveillance programs, including hearing tests, respiratory programs, PIV physicals, and vision testing
  • Provide first aid and respond to medical emergencies
  • Assist with case management for Workers' Compensation
  • Maintain medical files and chart in OHM
  • Conduct drug screens, including random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing
  • Conduct breath alcohol testing for post-accident and reasonable suspicion situations
  • Work closely with the site's Workers' Comp manager, IMC clinician, and company physician

What You'll Bring

  • Active RN license
  • Strong background in occupational health nursing
  • Comfort working independently in a small, onsite clinical setting
  • Professional appearance, black or navy scrubs preferred
